We’re seeking CNAs or HCAs with WA credentials (HCA, CNA, HHA, or NAR). A paid HCA training program is available to select candidates; driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for client visits.

Qualifications

• Requires WA CNA/HCA/HHA or NAR credential with ability to obtain certification if needed.
• Minimum six months of industry-related experience preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively in English; respectful, patient, and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks per individualized care plan under supervision.
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, grooming, dressing, meal prep, shopping, transportation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support; maintain client safety and comfort.
• Record time worked and client observations; report changes promptly.
