Qualifications

• Experience in home health care as a Personal Care Assistant is highly preferred.
• Must have Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• TB Screening/PPD Chest X-Ray (Within 30 Days) required.

Responsibilities

• Implement customized care plans for clients.
• Assist clients with daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Record vital signs as required, including taking blood pressure and temperature.
