• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene.
• Supervise clients during activities to ensure safety.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies and applicable laws.
• Report significant changes to the supervisor.
• Communicate schedule changes promptly to supervisor.
• Interact respectfully with clients and families.
• Identify and report safety hazards in the home environment.
• Log time and complete required timesheets or EVV documentation.
• Attend meetings and training as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
