La Bella is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Laundry Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility team in Illinois. You will play a critical role in keeping residents and staff safe by maintaining sanitation and cleanliness according to our standards.

Responsibilities include following specific cleaning instructions, maintaining a safe environment, assisting with room changes, and providing compassionate, customer-service oriented care to residents and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Basic cleaning and laundry skills; ability to lift 25 pounds and climb stairs.
• Prior commercial housekeeping experience (medical preferred).
• Strong teamwork and customer service.

Responsabilités

• Follow cleaning instructions from the Director of Environmental Services.
• Maintain safe, clean environment per procedures.
• Sanitary, odor-free units and orderly environment.
• Assist with room changes.
• Prioritize compassionate resident and family service.
• Perform other duties as requested.
