You will perform laundry tasks and cleaning duties to maintain a safe, healthy environment for residents and staff, while providing compassionate care and attention to each unit.

Position emphasizes reliability, ability to follow procedures, teamwork, and maintaining confidentiality in a supportive, family-oriented setting within Morrison, IL.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions, basic math skills.
• Basic cleaning and laundry skills; ability to lift 25 pounds and climb stairs.
• Prior commercial housekeeping experience (residential/office – medical preferred).
• Ability to work well under pressure and perform a variety of tasks on short notice.
• High-energy, positive teamwork attitude, with good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain standards of confidentiality.
• Absolutely trustworthy to work alone and be self-motivated and organized.
