Responsibilities include following specific cleaning instructions, maintaining a safe environment, assisting with room changes, and providing compassionate, customer-service oriented care to residents and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Basic cleaning and laundry skills; ability to lift 25 pounds and climb stairs.
• Prior commercial housekeeping experience (medical preferred).

• Give attention to assigned units to provide a sanitary, odor-free, and orderly environment
• Assist with room changes as needed
• Prioritize customer service, providing a caring and compassionate atmosphere for our residents and families
• Perform other duties as requested

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions, basic math skills
• Basic cleaning and laundry skills; ability to lift 25 pounds and climb stairs
• Prior commercial housekeeping experience (residential/office – medical preferred)
• Ability to work well under pressure and perform a variety of tasks on short notice
• High-energy, positive teamwork attitude, with good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain standards of confidentiality
• Absolutely trustworthy to work alone and be self-motivated and organized
