Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and basic maintenance tasks.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff in English.
• Reliability, organization, and ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Desire to work with older adults and flexibility for weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning in assigned areas following schedules and standards.
• Complete minor maintenance tasks such as lighting and batteries as needed.
• Maintain floors and cleanliness across campus areas including indoor and outdoor spaces.
• Assist in linen program, bed making, and resident moves as required.
• Observe and report repairs to facilities and equipment as appropriate.
• Receive and stock campus supplies; participate in snow and ice salting as needed.
