Qualifications

• Experience in non-clinical resident support and daily care tasks.
• Ability to document clearly and follow procedures.

Responsabilités

• Assist the nursing department with non-clinical tasks such as bed-making, delivering water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage resident participation in activities and social programs.
• Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with resident laundry services as needed.
• Follow safety and compliance standards and company policies.
• Observe and promptly report safety concerns or issues to management.
• Perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily operations.
