Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Hospitality Aide to support residents’ daily care, help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, and assist with non-clinical tasks. In this role you will aid nursing services with bed-making, meal service, laundry, and answering call lights, while encouraging participation in activities.

Responsibilities

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Assist with Meals: prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage Participation: support residents to engage in activities and social programs.
• Maintain Cleanliness: keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide Laundry Assistance: assist with resident laundry services as needed.
• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards: comply with the Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all safety policies.
• Observe and Report: identify and report concerns or safety issues to management or nursing staff.
• Assist as Needed: perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
