Responsibilities

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Assist with Meals: prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage Participation: engage residents in activities and social programs.
• Maintain Cleanliness: keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide Laundry Assistance: assist with resident laundry services as needed.
• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards: comply with the Patient Bill of Rights and all safety policies.
• Observe and Report: identify and report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursing attention.
• Assist as Needed: perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
