You will assist nursing services, help with meals, encourage participation in activities, and ensure rooms and common areas stay organized and safe, while documenting care details and communicating effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, gathering supplies.
• Assist with Meals: prepare, deliver, and clean up meals per dietary guidelines.
• Encourage Participation: support activities and social programs for residents.
• Maintain Cleanliness: keep rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide Laundry Assistance: assist with resident laundry as needed.
• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards: adhere to care policies and safety rules.
• Observe and Report: report concerns or safety issues promptly.
• Assist as Needed: perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
