Responsibilities

• Assist the nursing team with non-clinical tasks: bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, gathering supplies.
• Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines.
• Encourage residents to participate in activities and social programs.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
• Assist with resident laundry as needed.
• Follow safety and compliance standards, including policies and patient rights.
• Observe and promptly report safety concerns or conditions requiring management.
• Perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
