Responsibilities

• Assist with bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Assist with meals: prepare, deliver, and clean up meals per dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage participation in activities and social programs to foster a positive living environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas, keeping them organized and safe.
• Provide laundry assistance as needed for residents.
• Follow safety and compliance standards and company policies.
• Observe and promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions needing attention by management or nursing staff.
• Assist with additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
