• Responds quickly to calls for patient transportation and checks with nursing staff for special requirements.
• Identifies locations and ensures correct delivery of patients and medications.
• Uses proper lifting techniques and safe handling of equipment such as wheelchairs and IV poles; seeks help when needed.
• Assist nursing/Diagnostic Imaging in patient care tasks like changing bed linen and maintaining patient hygiene.
• Maintains equipment cleanliness and functionality; informs maintenance when needed.
• Keeps patients informed about wait times for procedures and transport to rooms.
