HonorHealth is seeking a Patient Transporter at Shea Medical Center to transport patients and materials across the facility, maintaining safety and quality standards. You will document activities and communicate with care teams, ensuring smooth handoffs and patient flow.

Required: High School Diploma or GED and BLS certification; 6 months healthcare and customer service experience preferred. Day shift with on-site duties at Shea Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ.

Formación

• 6 months healthcare and customer service experience preferred.
• BLS Certification – Required Upon Hire.

Responsabilidades

• Transports patients and materials throughout hospital areas using wheelchair, stretcher, bed or chair.
• Adheres to safety protocols and uses proper body mechanics.
• Ensures patient safety during transfers between surfaces and devices.
• Operates company issued mobile devices and may perform dispatch duties.
• Completes accurate documentation and handoffs with clinical staff.
• Communicates effectively with patients and care team members.
