Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transports patients by wheelchair, stretcher, bed or chair and non-patient moves to/from designated areas.
• Ensures patient safety during transfers and uses proper body mechanics.
• Operates company issued mobile devices and documents transport in EMR systems.
• Communicates with patients and care team, verifies identity and destination.
