ACG Hospice in Virginia is seeking a Spiritual Care Coordinator to provide compassionate spiritual support that respects patient beliefs and values. You will guide patients and families with dignity, collaborate with our leadership team, and contribute to meaningful experiences during life-limiting illness.

The role requires a heart to serve, hospice care experience, and a counseling background; a bachelor’s degree in a related field and clinical pastoral education are preferred.

Qualifications

• Heart to serve patients and families with compassion.
• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, theology, divinity, or related field; clinical pastoral education preferred.
• 2+ years of health care or hospice experience; counseling for loss and grief.
• Reliable transportation; ability to sit, stand, bend and lift up to 25 lbs.
