Job summary

Qualifications

• Heart to serve patients and families with empathy and respect.
• Experience in health care or hospice environments preferred.
• Ability to sit/stand/move as needed and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual support and guidance that respects patient beliefs and values.
• Support patients and families to experience dignity and compassionate care.
• Collaborate with leadership and care teams to ensure meaningful experiences for patients.
