Job summary

Agape Care Group is seeking a dedicated Spiritual Care Coordinator to provide spiritual support to patients and families in our hospice and palliative care network. You will honor beliefs and values, guiding care with dignity and compassion within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Heart to serve patients and families with a passion for providing the best possible care.
• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, theology, divinity, or related field. Completion of one unit of clinical pastoral education or minister services preferred
• 2+ years of experience in health care or hospice setting
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift at least 25 lbs; sit/stand/bend as needed

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in counseling, theology, divinity, or related field. Completion of one unit of clinical pastoral education or minister services preferred
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a health care or hospice setting required. Experience in family counseling regarding issues of loss, grief, death and dying
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively
