Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Experience: 2 years of RN experience in clinical settings, hospice preferred.
• License: Current valid state RN license and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer hospice care for patients in homes, facilities, or facilities.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and family; follow physician orders.
• Document patient status, plan of care, and interventions per policy.
• Administer medications and education to patient and family per plan.
• Participate in on-call rotation and maintain compliance with regulations.
