Job summary

Seasons & Crown Hospice, Inc. is seeking an experienced registered nurse to deliver compassionate, skilled nursing care in patients' homes across Oklahoma. You will be a presence of peace, provide comfort, and support families through one of life's most sacred journeys.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, advocate for patient choices, and educate caregivers while maintaining the highest standards of dignity and quality of life for every patient you serve.

Qualifications

• RN license and clinical experience in hospice, palliative, geriatric, or home health settings preferred but not required.
• Calm presence under pressure with a listening ear and heart for hospice.
• Independence, integrity, and willingness to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, skilled nursing care to wherever our patients call home.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and facilitate effective communication among providers and team.
• Provide clinical, emotional and educational support to families and caregivers.
• Advocate for patients by educating on conditions, treatment options, and resources.
• Work closely with a team of professionals committed to dignified care.
• Advocate for comfort, respect, and quality of life - ALWAYS!
