Job summary

Seasons & Crown Hospice, Inc. in Oklahoma seeks a caring Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver compassionate home- or facility-based care.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health changes, and provide emotional support to patients and families during life’s most important moments. The role offers an hourly rate of $17-19 and emphasizes dignity, safety, and teamwork with nurses and physicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Completion of an approved CNA program.
• At least 1 year of direct care experience preferred (hospice or home care a plus).
• Ability to lift up to 75–100 pounds and stand or walk for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing and personal hygiene.
• Change linens, wash laundry, clean living areas and maintain a safe environment.
• Measure and report vital signs and health changes.
• Assist with feeding, hydration, ambulation and positioning.
• Document care and communicate with the nursing team.
