You will build trusting relationships with patients and families, educate caregivers, and collaborate with the care team to coordinate services while ensuring comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Educate and empower caregivers on home hospice care and comfort measures.
