ACG Hospice in Mobile, AL is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered hospice care. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and coordinate with families and the care team to ensure comfort and quality at every step.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
• Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized care plans.
• Communicate with patients, families, and the care team.
• Serve as the driver of the care team to ensure quality care.
• Collaborate with leadership and care teams to support patient experience.
