Job summary

Agape Care Group—Alabama hospice services—seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our patient-centered team in Enterprise. You will assess patients, develop and update care plans, and collaborate with families and the care team to ensure compassionate, high‑quality care at every visit.

As a nurse on our team, you’ll advocate for patients, coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff, document care accurately, and participate in ongoing professional development to advance your skills

Qualifications

• Heart to serve patients and families; passion for providing the best possible care.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in clinical care; hospice experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation; ability to sit, stand, bend, move and lift 80–100 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create care plans.
• Communicate with patient, family, and the care team.
• Drive the care team to ensure quality care.
