Qualifications

• Heart to serve patients and families.
• 2+ years nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
• Current state license as a registered nurse.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create care plans.

• Serve as driver of the care team to ensure quality hospice care.
