Job summary

AccentCare Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in the Norwood area. Pay ranges from $43.00 to $50.00 per hour, based on experience, with a PRN schedule and full benefits.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate end-of-life care across Norwood, Braintree, Canton, Weymouth, Norwell, Foxborough and surrounding areas. As an RN, you’ll work at the center of the care team, exercising autonomy while supported by a mission-driven organization

Qualifications

• RN license in the practice state (MA) is required.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life.
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual—to guide care decisions.
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are.
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity.
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress.
• Participate in on‑call or admission rotations as needed.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development.
