Pathways Healthcare is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team in Massachusetts. This full-time role offers a salary range of $78K–$95K per year, with a Monday–Friday schedule and service coverage in Fall River and surrounding areas.

Primary office is in Westwood, MA, with travel as needed. The RN will assess patients, plan and revise care, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and families to ensure high-quality palliative care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of nursing experience, preferably geriatrics.
• Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Proficient with electronic medical records.
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations.
• Maintain current BLS CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient status and write plan of care.
• Regularly re-evaluate patient and family needs.
• Initiate and revise care plans with family involvement.
• Develop and implement nursing actions per plan of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document clinical notes and monitor pain management changes.
• Communicate with physician regarding patient needs and changes.
• Provide a safe environment and participate in team meetings.
• Participate in on-call duties and coordinate equipment and services.
