Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires RN license in Indiana.
• Driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• One year of experience in a patient care setting such as acute care or nursing home.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; computer systems competency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide professional nursing care for patients per physician orders and standards.
• Adhere to departmental policies, ANA Standards of Clinical Practice, Indiana Nurse Practice Act, and ANA Code of Ethics.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure safe, effective patient care delivery.
