Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager in Indiana to deliver expert patient care and coordinate home-based hospice services. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs while partnering with families for comfort and dignity at the end of life.

The role requires an active RN license, at least two years of nursing experience (hospice preferred), and a valid driver’s license. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits support a strong work‑life balance.

Qualifications

RN license in the state you work.
Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
Current driver’s license.
Current CPR and BCLS certification.
