Qualifications

• Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Texas and valid driver's license.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move patients.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care for patients/families in their place of residence.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary groups and patient/family.
• Work in various environments with potential exposure to infectious diseases.
