Job summary

BSA Hospice of the Southwest in Amarillo, TX is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes or residential settings. You will coordinate with families, the interdisciplinary team, and referring agencies to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.

The role requires current RN licensure, a Texas driver's license, and strong English communication. Hospice experience is preferred and travel is expected as part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Texas Driver's License.
• Two years experience as an RN in a clinical setting preferred; hospice preferred.
• Read, write and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care in patients' homes or care facilities.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency.
• Travel locally as required and manage care coordination.
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
