Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience: Two years as an RN in a clinical setting; hospice preferred.
• Skills: Nursing skills, strong interpersonal abilities; palliation/end-of-life care experience preferred.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation; valid auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care for patients in home/hospice settings and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
