Job summary

FMC Services seeks a licensed RN to provide skilled nursing care in patient homes and hospice settings in the Amarillo area. You will coordinate with families, interdisciplinary teams, and referring agencies to ensure comprehensive care and timely communication.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of RN experience in clinical care, with hospice exposure preferred. Strong English reading/writing and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate Nursing program.
• Licensure: Active RN license and TX Driver's License.
• Experience: 2 years RN in clinical care; hospice preferred.
• Skills: Nursing skills per standards; strong interpersonal skills; English reading/writing.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation; valid auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care for patients of all ages in home or facility settings.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency.
• Report to Director of Nursing.
