Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting.
• 1-2 years of recent experience in home care.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hospice aides.
• Complete comprehensive assessments of patients and families.
• Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
• Evaluate and revise plans of care as necessary.
