Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing; SC RN license required.
- Preferred 1 year of nursing experience in hospital/long-term care or related health care facility.
- Hospice experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and direct hospice services per physician orders and patient plan of treatment.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients.
- Complete documentation to support professional billing and care quality programs.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with hospice policies, rules, and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and facility staff to plan and deliver care.
