Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university and SC RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility.
• Hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct hospice services per physician orders and patient plans.
• Serve on Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) and attend meetings.
• Ensure documentation supports billing and regulatory compliance.
• Provide caregiver education and coordinate care with facility staff.
