Compassus is hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to support patients and families in a home-based setting. You will collaborate with the care team to deliver compassionate, dignity-centered care and enable meaningful time with loved ones.

The role requires an active RN license, at least two years of RN experience with hospice preferred, and current CPR/BCLS certification. A driver’s license is also required to travel to patient homes as needed.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of RN experience, hospice experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
