Compassus in Lake Havasu City, AZ is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to provide compassionate, patient-centered care. You will support patients and families, manage care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Arizona or eligible to practice.
• At least two years of registered nurse experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BCLS certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
