Qualifications

• BLS Certification (preferred).
• Hospice and Palliative Medicine background (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Advocate for each patient's needs, preferences, and wishes.
• Provide counseling and emotional support to families.
• Develop and implement care plans prioritizing quality of life and comfort.
• Document patient journeys and progress.
