Job summary

Ohio's Hospice, Inc. in Dayton seeks a part-time Hospice Respiratory Therapist to deliver compassionate respiratory care and coordinate hospice services for patients in the South Region of Ohio.

Qualifications

• CRT or RRT license in Ohio with no board action.
• Experience in hospital, home care and DME settings preferred.
• Knowledge of C-PAP, BiPAP, High Flow O2, tracheostomy and transport needs of complex respiratory patients.
• CPR Certified
• Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.
• Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
• Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record
• State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage

Responsibilities

• Provide superior respiratory care and coordination of hospice services.
• Prioritize respiratory visits based on emergent needs, diagnosis and complex equipment needs.
• Manage patients with ALS, COPD, Pulmonary Fibrosis and Respiratory Failure, including CPAP/BiPAP and high-flow oxygen needs.
