Job summary

Affinity Health Management is seeking a Per Diem Hospice Respiratory Therapist to provide compassionate care to hospice patients in home, facility, and inpatient settings.

Responsibilities include assessing respiratory status, delivering comfort-focused treatments, educating patients and families on equipment and oxygen therapy, documenting care, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support quality end-of-life care. Per diem schedule with possible evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Current state Respiratory Therapist license (CRT or RRT).
• Minimum 1 year of RT experience preferred.
• Hospice, home health, or palliative care experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills.
