Qualifications

• CRT or RRT license in Ohio with no board action.
• Experience in hospital, home care and DME settings preferred.
• Knowledge of CPAP, BiPAP, High Flow O2, tracheostomy and transport needs of complex respiratory patients.
• CPR Certified
• Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.
• Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
• Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record
• State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage

Responsibilities

• Provide superior respiratory care and coordination of hospice services.
• Prioritize visits based on emergent needs and COPD/ALS diagnoses.
• Manage complex equipment needs including CPAP/BiPAP and high-flow oxygen.
• Document services and care in the chart.
