Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services to residents, including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and ventilator management.
• Conduct thorough assessments of residents' respiratory status and develop effective treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet residents' needs.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' respiratory status to ensure timely interventions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment.
