Qualifications

• Not a transactional sales role; must balance relationships with professional accountability.
• Experience building referral territories and meeting personal targets is valued.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a physician and healthcare referral territory.
• Educate referral sources on Ovation's capabilities and eligibility criteria.
• Meet with families to explain hospice benefits and options.
• Drive admissions growth by generating and converting referrals.
• Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM and pipeline.
• Collaborate with Administrator, clinical team, and intake coordinators for smooth hand-offs.
• Represent Ovation in the community with professionalism and genuine care.
