Qualifications

• RN required and licensed
• BSN within 5 years of hire preferred
• 1 year clinical nursing experience preferred
• Knowledge of nursing sciences to meet diverse health needs

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient/family assessments and document findings.
• Plan and implement individualized care plans and coordinate with healthcare team.
• Provide safe, therapeutic care respecting patient autonomy and dignity.
• Supervise delegated care and educate peers as needed.
• Administer medications and monitor effects according to policy.
