Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a nurse assistant in the state in which you practice.
• Nurse assistant in good standing with the State Nurse Aide Registry.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 6 months.
• A valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine home care under RN supervision.
• Assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs as directed and report changes.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety, using PPE as required.
• Complete and file care documentation promptly.
