A leading home healthcare provider is seeking an experienced Home Health Aide in Wisconsin. This role requires compassion and excellent communication skills to assist patients with daily living activities and personal care. Responsibilities include administering medications, performing light housekeeping, and supporting residents in maintaining their hygiene and health. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in a caregiving role and a high school diploma or GED. Competitive pay ranges from $16 to $20 per hour.

Formación

• 1-3 years of experience as a home health aide, personal caregiver, CNA, or CHHA.
• Willingness to obtain CBRF Certifications during employment.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and assist in patient transfers up to 250 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications as directed by the RN.
• Attend to resident call lights within 10 minutes.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain sanitation.
