Qualifications

• Willingness to complete annual core competency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of the patient.
• Monitor and evaluate pain and symptoms.
• Provide skilled nursing services under physician direction.
• Participate in on-call rotation and discharge planning.
