Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of nursing experience (or equivalent education).
• Diploma ADN and/or BSN from an accredited program.
• Current Maryland RN license.

Responsibilities

• Completes initial patient and family assessment to identify home care needs.
• Prepares and implements the care plan with the Interdisciplinary Group.
• Provides direct nursing care and collaborates with the primary physician.
